30 Years of Rainbow Parade \u2013 1 Year of Qwien<\/span><\/h2>[vc_column_text css=””]<\/p>\n

Thirty years ago, Andreas Brunner and Hannes Sulzenbacher set a powerful signal for queer life in Austria with the first Rainbow Parade in Vienna. Exactly one year after the opening of Qwien, the first queer museum and cultural centre, we celebrate both anniversaries together \u2013 colourful, visible, and with great joy.<\/p>\n

In cooperation with \u00d6sterreichische Post AG and Vienna Pride, we present the first edition of the special stamp “30 Years of Rainbow Parade” \u2013 a vibrant symbol of history, diversity, and community.<\/p>\n

From 4 pm, a special post office on site will issue the new stamp along with a first-day cancellation.<\/p>\n

At 6 pm, the official presentation begins \u2013 with welcome remarks and moderation by Patricia Konrath (Product Management Blockchain, \u00d6. Post AG) and Harriet Leischko (Qwien).<\/p>\n

Greetings will be offered by:<\/p>\n

Michael Luxenberger (District Head, Margareten) Ina P\u00f6lzl (Secretary General, HOSI Wien) Sabine Weber-Treiber (Diversity Management, \u00d6. Post AG) Hannes Sulzenbacher (Qwien)<\/p>\n

Patricia Konrath will then present the new special stamp and speak about its creation, the background, and the launch of the new “Diversity” series.<\/p>\n

We close with an informal get-together \u2013 a moment to look back and look ahead.<\/p>\n
